The price of each double room is €25 per night. The house is rented only by rooms, not complete. The entrance is flexible and the room must be vacated before 11:00 am, to guarantee the cleaning of the two rooms, however, clients can stay on the terrace to talk, have lunch or wait as long as they need. In the house and in the rooms there are possibilities for the use of wheelchairs. Smoking in rooms is not allowed. Upon arrival, customers are offered liquid service: water, beer, juice or canned soft drink of various flavors. It has an individual terrace for customer use. It doesn't have a pool. Clients can bring their pets (puppies or kittens) if they wish. Parking service is offered and is free. There is no Wi-Fi service in the house, but it is 200 meters away. The Viazul bus station is also 200 m from the house, and tourist attractions are only 250 m away, the famous Palmarito valley in the Viñales National Park.</span></pre>
