Its main objective is to serve as a venue for national and international sports games, but it also serves as a training center for high performance sports in the province, in addition to carrying out special development work with Artistic Gymnastics and Rhythmic Gymnastics. The sports areas of Boxing, Judo, Fencing, Taekwondo and Wrestling operate in the Hall.
